Every website project starts with a free design demo. If you don't love it, you pay nothing and the project ends.
Websites
- Before we start building: if you cancel after approving and paying but before the build begins, we refund your payment in full.
- During the build: we refund what you've paid, less work completed at $75/hour and any non-refundable third-party costs.
- After launch: one-time fees are non-refundable. For 30 days after launch, we fix any defect in what we delivered at no charge.
Website care plans and reputation management
- Monthly plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice by email or phone.
- Yearly plans renew automatically each year. Cancel within 30 days of purchase or renewal for a full refund. After that, your plan stays active through the paid year and won't renew. We email a reminder 15 to 45 days before each yearly renewal.
- Reputation management is month to month and ends at the end of the billing month in which you cancel.
Consulting and coaching
- Hourly sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice are refunded or credited in full.
- A session cancelled with less notice, or missed, may be rescheduled once at no charge; after that, it's charged in full or deducted from retainer hours.
- The retainer cancels with 30 days' notice. Retainer fees for a month that has started are non-refundable.
Security, compliance and IT services
- Cancel before work begins for a full refund of anything you've paid.
- After work begins, we refund what you've paid less work completed and non-refundable third-party costs.
- Managed services are month to month and cancel with 30 days' notice.
Shop purchases
- Done-for-you packages (such as Capability Statement Design, the Gov-Ready Starter Pack and the Website Security Checkup): full refund if you cancel before work begins. After work begins, we refund what you've paid less work completed at our hourly rate. Once the final deliverable is sent, the package is non-refundable.
- Digital downloads (such as the Agency Launch Kit): non-refundable once downloaded, because the files can't be returned. If a file is damaged or doesn't open, we'll replace it or refund you.
- Coaching programs: full refund before your first session. After that, unused sessions are refunded at $75 per session, less the value of any included digital download you have accessed.
Rush fees
Rush fees are due when you accept a rush quote and are non-refundable once rush work starts, unless we miss the agreed rush deadline for reasons within our control.
Third-party costs
Domain registrations, premium plugins, licenses and government filing fees paid to others on your behalf generally can't be refunded by those providers.
How to cancel or request a refund
Email TDSolutions@trutech.us or call (561) 971-9512. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. If this page and your signed Service Order differ, your Service Order controls. Nothing here limits any right you have under law.
