The short version
- This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or session recording.
- We only collect what you choose to send us, such as when you email, call or fill out our contact form.
- We never sell or rent your personal information.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you contact us, request an audit or consultation, or become a client, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, business name, email, phone number, website address and message. Our contact form opens your own email app with your request filled in; nothing is stored on this website.
Client information. When we work for you, we receive the content, account access and business information needed to deliver the services in your agreement with us.
Technical information. Our website host (GitHub Pages) automatically logs basic technical data, such as IP addresses, for security and reliability. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and a scrolling script from jsDelivr, which receive your IP address when your browser requests those files. We store a single temporary value in your browser's session storage to run a page transition; it is not used to identify you and is cleared when you close the tab.
How we use information
- To respond to you and provide quotes, audits and consultations.
- To deliver, bill for and support the services you buy.
- To keep our systems and your website secure.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, we use it only to contact you about your inquiry or account. We send marketing texts only with your separate consent, and you can reply STOP at any time. We do not share or sell mobile numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
When we share information
We share information only with service providers who help us run our business (such as hosting, email, domain, payment and accounting providers), when you ask us to, or when the law requires it. Those providers may use the information only to provide their services to us.
Health information
If you are a healthcare client and we may handle protected health information for you, we sign a Business Associate Addendum first and protect that information as HIPAA requires. Please don't send health information through our contact form or regular email.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, access controls and reputable hosting providers. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days. Some information may need to be kept for legal or accounting reasons.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
