Welcome to Truly Digital Solutions ("Agency"). By engaging our services, you agree to the following "Architect’s Covenant." These terms ensure a "blameless walk" between our agency and your business.
1. The Blueprint (Scope of Work)
All services are governed by the Project Discovery Document agreed upon during the onboarding phase. We commit to delivering the "knowledge and understanding" outlined therein. Any changes to this blueprint will require a "Wisdom Audit" (Change Order) to ensure technical integrity.
2. Upright Ownership (Intellectual Property)
We believe in your right to lead. Upon receipt of final payment, Total Asset Sovereignty is transferred to you. This includes:
- Original source code and CSS.
- Graphic design assets and UI/UX layouts.
- Content and database structures. Agency retains the right to display the project in our portfolio as a testament to our shared success.
3. The Shield (Warranties & Liability)
We architect for longevity. We provide a [30/60/90]-day "Integrity Warranty" post-launch to fix any bugs in the original code. However, the "Shield" is voided if third parties or the Client alter the source code without our oversight, as we cannot guard a course we no longer monitor.
4. Ethical Termination
Either party may terminate the partnership with [30] days' notice. Upon termination, Truly Digital will provide a final "Handover Document" to ensure your transition is seamless and your assets remain protected.
